Two-hour downtown parking signs and brewery growth raise TCAB concerns about access and enforcement

Members discussed enforcement, how parking for new workforce housing might interact with on-street spaces, and the role TCAB should play in recommending downtown parking policy. Staff said the intended split on 2nd Street is for both public parking and spaces to support the housing project, and agreed that parking will be an issue as the development negotiation and mall discussions evolve.
