He asked the board to hold a public hearing and consider a local law to ban or heavily restrict these systems.
A board member thanked Ozmic for the information and said the town attorney would set up a public forum so the community can discuss whether Clifton Park should adopt restrictions or a local law. The board’s public statement did not commit to specific regulatory language or timelines; the forum was presented as the next step for community input and legal review.
