Staff found the use consistent with the Comprehensive Plan, Strategic Plan, and Land Development Regulations as conditioned.
Board members asked how the applicant would meet the requirement for four spaces out of 27 total and were told the parking plan would be demonstrated at the business license stage. The applicant agreed to staff-recommended conditions after parking requirements were clarified. On a motion by Daniel Walesky, seconded by Henry Pawski, the board voted unanimously to approve the conditional use permit with staff conditions. The approval allows vehicle wrapping (not mechanical repair) at Suite 1 of 3694 23rd Avenue South subject to the conditions and future parking verification.
Next steps include the applicant submitting parking and business license documentation to demonstrate compliance with the site's parking requirements and to receive the business license.
