Council OKs higher community center rental tiers and discusses floor maintenance

Members also discussed floor maintenance: superficial scratches could be corrected by buffing and rewaxing, which councilors suggested scheduling after the gala to avoid disruption. Staff volunteered to check vendors and timing and to report back to ensure the facility is ready for major events.
