Marvin Vente, a senior who completed both the AIM Tech manufacturing program and the County College of Morris College Promise, described the manufacturing curriculum: "You learn by actually using the machines like CAD work, CNC, and some manual machining — you'll walk out with real skills that everyone actually needs," he said, and added that local employers are hiring program graduates.
