Scott County honors Jolene after 32 years in child-support work

The Scott County Board and county staff honored Jolene on July 21 for more than three decades of service in the child-support program.
A presenter opened the celebration by recounting Jolene27s career milestones, including work on statewide child-support forms and participation in the Minnesota Family Support and Recovery Council. "Jolene began her career on 02/22/1994," the presenter said, and described Jolene27s technical contributions and leadership that have been used across all 87 Minnesota counties.
Paula Stevens, a child-support officer with the county, described Jolene27s institutional knowledge and daily contributions: "Your dedication to learning and accuracy strengthen this program in ways that will last long after your retirement," Stevens said. Colleagues praised Jolene27s role in helping families and noted the program27s evolution from handwritten records to modern systems.
Jolene thanked colleagues and said she would miss her "work family" after 32 years. The board recessed for a reception and a photo with Jolene and commissioners.
