The consent agenda included the county27s Solid Waste Management Plan for 20242044 (item listed in the packet), ratification of assignment of three agreements to the Metropolitan Council regarding county-managed transit services, approval of a precious-metals-dealer license for Crown Jewelry and Time Inc., LLC, authorization to enter an agreement with Scott County intermediate school districts and the Scott County Family Net Collaborative for school-linked mental-health services, and routine approvals of claims, records of disbursement and payroll/personnel actions.
"That's our consent agenda," the chair stated before commissioners moved and seconded the motion to approve; no commissioners opposed and the motion carried.
