Board approves liens on four overgrown lots after public hearing

The board opened the public hearing, received no public testimony specific to the four parcels, and closed the hearing. On roll call the board recorded one abstention (Director Harris) and otherwise approved the resolution to certify the liens to the Miller County tax collector as delinquent taxes for collection.
