Palm Springs ARC notes staffing change, will not meet again until Sept. 16

Committee members reported July 20 that committee staffer Linda Ponce has left the Architectural Review Committee to take a position with a school district and that Anita will sit in until the vacancy is filled. Members said the Planning Commission is expected to discuss filling the vacant seat (referred to in the meeting as "Jackie's vacant position").
When committee members discussed scheduling, they confirmed the ARC will not meet again until Sept. 16, 2026. Anita, who was noted as sitting in for the time being, commented, "Good to be here," during the meeting. Planning Director Chris had no substantive updates to report; members thanked staff for their work on the recent project review. The meeting adjourned at 5:44 p.m.
