Commissioners ratify $2.27 million in invoices

Lycoming County commissioners voted to ratify invoices totaling $2,272,096.40 at their July 23 public meeting. County staff presented the bills and described funding sources: 93.11% from the general fund, 3.41% from ARPA, 0.09% from other funds, 2.77% from RMS and 0.62% from escrow.
"Presented for your ratification are invoices due through 07/29/2026 in the amount of $2,272,096.40," said Emily Morocco, Planning and Community Development staff member who read the account totals. Commissioners moved, seconded and recorded unanimous ‘Aye’ votes to approve the payment ratification. The item was listed as a routine finance action on the meeting agenda.
