Trustees and community press for band-room, gym and athletic upgrades amid reconfiguration talks

Staff acknowledged upgrades — some already identified in capital lists — will be necessary regardless of the final campus configuration and asked the board to prioritize which facility items must be funded immediately versus those that could wait for a phased plan.
