KPPA: Retirees and hiring agencies must file Forms 6754 and 6751 before reemployment

The presenter also noted employers hiring retirees as independent contractors or leased employees must complete Form 6752 (Employer Certification of Independent Contractor or Leased Employee), and reiterated that failure to submit required forms could void a member’s retirement and require repayment of retirement allowances, dependent child payments and health insurance premiums paid by KPPA.
