Supervisors proposed a special meeting to act rather than wait until the regular meeting to avoid missing vendor deadlines; the board confirmed a special meeting on Wednesday, July 29 to review bids and make a final award.
Staff will circulate reviewed bid summaries and recommendations in advance of the special meeting and present a formal recommendation for board action at that session.
