"I have reviewed the ambulance expenditures for Columbus Morning Sun and LPO and everything looks to be in order. So, I'd move to approve," the supervisor said. Board members asked procedural questions and then voted to approve the reimbursement.
Board members said they would monitor EMS staffing and operations as Morning Sun transitions leadership: the meeting record notes Tom Bryant announced his retirement and that a second‑in‑command will assume leadership. The board did not set additional conditions on the payment.
