County Treasurer Beth Gerlock presented the semiannual financial reconciliation for January through June 2026 and asked the board to authorize publication of the front‑page summary in the official newspaper. Gerlock reported a reconciled total cash figure of approximately $14,627,267.89 and detailed outstanding auditor warrants and receivables, including in‑office cash of $124,305.50 and four time‑certificate deposits totaling $732,643.
Gerlock walked through the month‑end spreadsheet and register balances, noting the auditor's and treasurer's figures balanced. "So the grand total of debit, credits, and online payments was $70,20.72 that were receivable yet," Gerlock said while reviewing specific line items and outstanding payment totals. After brief questions from board members, the board moved to approve the semiannual report and authorized its publication in the official newspaper. The motion passed unanimously.
