Brooke (Financial Regulation Division - DCBS) reviewed confirmed template edits: student added to network market, a new field to identify all health benefit plans applying to a network, renaming 'recent departure' to 'departure or closure of a provider facility', removing county-served in favor of ZIP codes, and removing behavioral-health enrollee columns that were removed from rule language.
She also said the division will add examples to the instructions and definitions to clarify narrative-field expectations; a colleague replied that adding examples "would still need to be implemented." The division signaled those instruction examples are forthcoming.
