Senator to brief Federal Way council on proposed human-trafficking bill

The briefing will be scheduled subject to agenda-setting approval and staff coordination; council members noted recent local ordinance work aimed at identifying illicit massage businesses as a local enforcement tool and said they intend to pursue state-level coordination.
