Federal Way proclaims 70th Kiwanis Salmon Bake; club highlights scholarships and youth programs

The mayor and council thanked Kiwanis members and encouraged residents to come to the salmon bake, noting partner support from King County and local businesses. The proclamation was followed by a group photo opportunity and council remarks about community partnerships and event logistics.
