Parker said he has pursued the matter through local channels and to contacts in Jefferson City and described an apparent timing discrepancy in a 1972 death record: "Somehow, there's a 5 hour gap ... The document is clearly the date that the homicide occurred at 06:44 on a parking lot, and Ted Bullier announced her pronounced dead at 06:47AM ... they brought down the time of 11:55AM, some 5 hours later." He characterized the issue as "official misconduct" and cited statutes he said pertain to tampering with public records and forfeiture of office.
Parker told commissioners he has been singled out by local processes and asked for accountability. Commissioners and staff acknowledged his remarks but did not report a formal investigatory result during the meeting. The commission thanked Parker for speaking and indicated staff would accept any additional documents he provides for review.
