Chair moved that the county proceed and pay Preferred Land Title $3,500 from the tax maintenance fund so the successor trustee can begin selling trustee properties; the motion was seconded and approved by roll call.
Staff said the transfer is time sensitive because there are about 30 prospective buyers waiting on trustee sales. Preferred Land Title's role is to compile recorded legals and prepare the deed transfer to put properties in the successor trustee's name.
