On the feasibility study, staff noted a typo in the draft scope and confirmed available grant funds and previously approved gym grant money. Councilmember motioned to authorize execution of the feasibility study agreement with a not‑to‑exceed amount of $42,000 and subject to legal review; the motion passed. Council President Hart was invited to participate on the project committee.
