On July 21 the San Juan County Board of Commissioners approved several finance and claims items listed on the meeting agenda. The board voted to approve FA097-26 (current claims) in the amount of $120,369.93 and FA099-26, which authorized additional general fund payments charged to June 2026 totaling $2,602,854.86 ($775,131.58 in ACH payments and $1,827,723.28 in checks).
Commissioners also approved FA098-26 (budget amendments and appropriations), FA100-26 (a non‑expiry law‑enforcement services contract between the township of Custer and the county sheriff's office), FA101-26 (amendments to MGT agreements used by the prosecutor's office and the friend of the court), FA102-26 (authorization to transfer ERTC funds to the medical care facility contingent on claim completion), and FA103-26 (authorize payment, not to exceed $4,115.47, for the Forest Park limestone patching project). As read into the record, the total for the June checks was, "For a total of $2,602,854.86." The motions carried on voice votes.
