Separately, commissioners reviewed construction documents and a debarment certification confirming Quanta Telecommunication Systems is not on the debarment list and maintains active SAM.gov registration; the commission approved proceeding with the construction documents. The commission also voted to table draw request 19 after the state requested the county hold submission until the updated budget amendment and grant disbursement sheet are provided.
