The Chair raised the idea of adding web pages to the township site for landmarked properties, suggesting an embedded Google map and click-through property descriptions. Dante said he has a draft and a Google Sheet with block-and-lot information and planning-board dates and that the township IT department could implement a simple site to display property descriptions and maps.
Members also asked whether QR code plaques had been posted; Dante said QR codes currently exist on war memorial monuments and in some park locations but are not yet posted at the Van Riper property or, to the committee's knowledge, at the museum. Committee members agreed improved online presence and interpretive signage would support outreach and grant applications.
