Resident group urges immediate action to protect Powder Point Bridge

The board discussed sequencing — waiting for the DOT response before the advisory committee issues a recommendation — and acknowledged that a Section 106 filing or appeal could pause the project timeline. The board agreed to park the formal advisory recommendation until members have the DOT response, while residents asked the board to be explicit about supporting preservation.
