"They have more line experience," Trustee Greg Angel said of Snyder and Associates, and the committee emphasized working with the Madison Youth Sailing group and the John Wall Sailing Center to support expanded programming. Trustees moved, seconded, and approved the recommendation by voice; staff said community engagement and partnership-based fundraising would follow the planning phase.
