He reported the PrimeCare medical contract exceeded a stated $300,000 spending cap by $189,640.85 in year four and listed total payments for the first three contract years. Nutrition Inc.'s cost-per-meal for March 2026 remained $1.15. No board action was taken on operational matters during the meeting.
