Existing three minor tenants were allowed to proceed: Motion by Daniel Walesky, second by Henry Pawski — unanimous approval (5–0).
- Approval of PZB 24-00500014 (Blanket Conditional Use for 604 North G Street) with the same removed uses and addition of a Low Intensity Tattoo Shop: Motion by Daniel Walesky, second by Dave Mathews — unanimous approval (5–0).
All actions were recorded as unanimous votes by members present. Follow-up tasks include recording required easements, completing Unity of Title requirements, and ensuring Conditions of Approval are satisfied prior to issuance of any business licenses or building permits.
