At its Feb. 5 meeting the Lake Worth Beach Planning & Zoning Board recorded unanimous votes on several items:
- Approval of the December 2024 regular meeting minutes: Motion by Mark Humm, second by Henry Pawski — unanimous approval.
- Approval of PZB 24-01400024 (AutoZone Major Site Plan and waiver) with condition requiring alley access via a recorded egress/ingress easement and Unity of Title for seven parcels: Motion by Mark Humm, second by Daniel Walesky — unanimous approval (5–0).
- Approval of PZB 24-00500010 (Blanket Conditional Use for 518–530 North G Street) with staff Conditions of Approval, required Unity of Title, and removal of the following uses from the requested list: Indoor Motion Picture; Major & Minor Vehicular Repair; Laundry Establishment; Lawn & Garden & Tree Maintenance Services. Existing three minor tenants were allowed to proceed: Motion by Daniel Walesky, second by Henry Pawski — unanimous approval (5–0).
- Approval of PZB 24-00500014 (Blanket Conditional Use for 604 North G Street) with the same removed uses and addition of a Low Intensity Tattoo Shop: Motion by Daniel Walesky, second by Dave Mathews — unanimous approval (5–0).
All actions were recorded as unanimous votes by members present. Follow-up tasks include recording required easements, completing Unity of Title requirements, and ensuring Conditions of Approval are satisfied prior to issuance of any business licenses or building permits.
