Daniel Walesky moved to approve and Dave Mathews seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
The approval is conditioned on the staff-recommended items and requires Unity of Title for the parcels. No new public commenters spoke specifically on this item during the hearing. Follow-up actions include satisfying the Conditions of Approval and recording any required documents prior to licensing and permits.
