Council approves $55,000 for pay adjustments and $1,500 one-time stipend for full-time staff

The motion, which also added a one-time $1,500 stipend from the general fund on the first December paycheck in 2026 for all current full-time employees, was seconded and taken to roll call. The chair announced the motion was made by Councilman Mullen with a second from Councilman Everhart; the clerk's roll call recorded affirmative responses and the motion carried. The city manager was directed to bring a formal recommendation for final approval or amendment at the March 23 governing-body meeting.
