Facilitator Beth Wykowski said the rankings will guide staff time and may shape grant and interagency coordination for the coming fiscal year.
Council members emphasized that the budget analysis and reconciliations are already underway and should be completed soon. "So a 1 is something that you'd like to see in the next budget cycle," Wykowski said, framing the group's use of the ranking scale. Staff were directed to incorporate the prioritized items into the upcoming budget and report back to council.
