County OKs surplus of 1,000 graduating‑senior laptops and classroom materials

Commissioner Martin moved approval of the laptops; Commissioner Woodard seconded. Both surplus declarations passed 19–0 with five absentees. The county will follow standard surplus disposition and distribution procedures for school equipment as authorized by the school district and county.
