Other consent items authorized multi-year maintenance and service contracts: GenServe, LLC for emergency generator preventive maintenance (not to exceed $290,000 maximum); Spartan Construction for site work on the Isaac Pearson House historic repair project ($204,850); Falasca Mechanical for boiler maintenance ($98,500 maximum); and shared contracts for road materials and HVAC services with combined shared maximums noted in the minutes. The packet also included a resolution authorizing acceptance of a 2025 Edward Byrne Memorial JAG program award and an agreement with Mercer County to fund police overtime ($26,924). The consent agenda passed by recorded vote.
