Ben Scalzo, a retired detective, asked the town to address poor road maintenance in Imagination Farms and raised a water‑quality complaint, saying his faucet water had "more chlorine than the pool." Several residents also urged the council to resist installing automated red‑light or speed cameras.
Town staff offered to follow up; the mayor and the town attorney invited complainants to provide written details so staff and counsel could investigate specific parcels and identify enforcement options. No formal action was taken during the meeting; residents were encouraged to submit evidence and to meet with staff to pursue code or legal remedies.
