Members said finance staff and transportation leaders would provide updates; the committee emphasized the TDZ discussion’s potential to shift project funding and invited members to attend the Aug. 28 session.
Members also previewed a series of community events tied to the parks and greenways program, including a Pages in the Park reading event at Centennial Park, a Cumberland River greenway walk-audit on Aug. 13, and a Sept. 14 parks picnic likely at Morgan Park.
