Council approved staff's proposed allocation: $700,000 to a capital improvement project for building improvements, $150,000 for legal services, and the remaining $739,723 to the water fund balance. The amendment passed on a motion from Steve with a second from Teresa.
Staff noted the appropriation completes the accounting step for funds received and will allow capital improvements to proceed and retain funds in the water fund for system needs.
