Morgan also said the ordinance’s retention interval is proposed to shift from four years to three years pending review and final adoption.
Board members discussed whether to send physical mail to all addresses or use email where available; the board decided to proceed with standard mailed notices and to email when the staff has a contact email. A motion was made and seconded to accept the extension and to authorize Kathy to sign the amendment for the extension; the motion passed by unanimous voice vote.
