Committee readies materials, IT pricing and Board of Finance preread for Aug. 3

The Chair said he had obtained access control and camera pricing and would forward those numbers to the Downs group; he added the committee is carrying an IT contingency to cover equipment such as racks, phone systems and switches. "The only thing we're still waiting on and we need to revisit is with the IT guys... we're carrying a contingency in there," the Chair said.
The committee agreed to present the updated materials as a preread for the Board of Finance meeting on Aug. 3 and to bring printed boards and flyers for public viewing. Members also discussed logistics for printing and displaying presentation materials at local venues and asked the Chair to coordinate room reservations with staff.
