The Chair said the committee would provide the Board of Finance with a preread package that includes the updated presentation, a link to a 7–8 minute narrated video produced by a colleague (Rob Kosinski), and a one‑pager. "We'll give them the link to the video they can look at," the Chair said.
Committee members recommended printing a bright poster/flyer for distribution and newspaper insertion (the chair referenced an $800 insertion/printing cost estimate) and discussed locations and events to reach voters, including the Heritage Market, Grange Hall events, Farmer's Market and transfer station. Members suggested starting distribution in late August to early September to ensure broad visibility before the referendum.
