A program participant who identified herself as Adriana delivered a personal testimony describing years of exploitation and addiction and how the Lighthouse program helped her reclaim stability and faith. Adriana said the program gave her new direction and support after years of homelessness and substance use; she told the commission staff and members she is now "walking in truth and peace" and credited the program with providing a "solid foundation." Chair Rose and members publicly thanked Adriana and commended the Lighthouse Freedom Center for its work.
