Chair (speaker 1) asked clarifying questions about prior experience and expected opening date. The applicant said inspections remain and they are “hoping by the end of August” for an opening. After discussion, the board amended the hours on the license application to 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and moved to approve the license. The motion passed by roll call.
The decision closes the public hearing and authorizes the applicant to proceed with licensing and inspections prior to opening. The board did not record additional operating conditions beyond the amended hours.
