Council member Gardner moved to extend the abatement deadline at 113 Oak Ridge Cove for an additional 30 days; after brief discussion and confirming the house is boarded up and not occupied, the council voted by voice to grant the 30-day extension. Staff said they could consider a longer extension if necessary but emphasized the need for continued engagement from the bank to resolve the property status.
