The board noted that parking in a front yard and a second curb cut require permits and that no permit for a second curb cut appears in the record.
Town counsel urged that impervious-surface and lot-coverage calculations be verified against a certified, current survey and that the applicant document curb-cut work. The board directed code enforcement to perform a reinspection and asked the architect to have the surveyor place calculations on the plan so staff can prepare an updated denial letter and re-notice if necessary.
