Developer seeks planning review for small condo split at Hotel Whiskey; tax-abatement timing raised

"We're getting close to completion," the developer said; board members encouraged routing the request through established planning procedures before any action by the full board.
Council asked staff to put the developer on the Planning Commission agenda and to provide guidance on condo association formation and tax-abatement windows prior to any board decision.
