Chamber, city coordinate on Pheasant Park fence stain; council approves stump removal

Chamber Director Diane Bachmann told the Council she consulted with Krotter's about preserving the Pheasant Park fence; Krotter's recommended a preservation stain requiring an estimated 10–12 gallons. According to the minutes, Krotter's offered to donate three gallons and the remaining cost to be charged would be about $500 $600; Bachmann offered to convene Buche's, the City, the Chamber, and the GED to nail down details. The Council tabled the fence project decision until more information is gathered.
Separately the Council approved CSR Enterprises, LLC to remove 10 12 stumps in Pleasant View and North Park. The motion to approve stump removal passed unanimously, with no dollar amount specified in the minutes for that contract.
