Building Department reports demolition, grading and townhouse progress

During the July 23 meeting the board received an update from the Building Department worksheet on major building permits and project status. Town Engineer Rob Rennebaum reported demolition is complete at 115 Inlet Way and that once rough grading is finished seeding and removal of the fence and silt fence will take place.
Chair Kortenhaus noted the silt fence has been removed from 123 Ocean Ave and the board was advised that two townhouses on Sandal Lane are progressing. The report was informational; no board action was recorded.
