At the start of the July 23 meeting, the board approved two sets of minutes from June 25, 2025 (as listed on the consent agenda) and then approved the meeting agenda as presented. Kevin Banks moved to approve the agenda; Mary Stanton seconded. Both motions passed 3-0.
Town Clerk Karen Hancsak called the roll and the board recorded the presence of Chairperson Janet Kortenhaus, Vice Chairman Kevin Banks and Mary Stanton. The minutes note that Anastasia Karloutsos and Tony Lembo were absent with notice. The board had no ex parte communications to report for the quasi-judicial items on the agenda.
