Willes Group Technical Center for officer elections and swearing-in of two incoming members, Dr. Ed White and Bill Alderman. The chair invited Dr. White to return as a guest at future meetings.
The board then took a motion to adjourn. “Doctor White with the motion,” the chair said; the motion was seconded by Mr. Keiser. The board voted unanimously, 4–0, and the meeting adjourned at 5:39 p.m.
