Commissioners back exploring Business Development Advisory Committee

Commissioner Halbert urged the Board to explore a Business Development Advisory Committee (BDAC) at the May 5 work session, saying the township should "look at how we can help business growth, retention, marketing, etc." Mr. Halbert suggested the group be roughly 7–9 members drawn from staff, Board members and business owners.
Ms. Milazzo, Mr. Smock and Mr. Miller all agreed with the idea and Manager Jason M. Bobst said staff would create a path forward. No formal motion or vote was taken; the Board asked staff to prepare next steps for future consideration.
