Board ratifies lawful acts of officers and schedules next PPW meeting for Feb. 10
Summary
The board ratified officers', directors' and agents' lawful acts for the preceding quarter (voice vote) and set the next meeting for 10:00 a.m. on Feb. 10; no further business was raised and the meeting was adjourned.

The ratification vote and meeting schedule conclude the items on the agenda; staff will proceed with actions authorized earlier in the session.
